Greatly enjoyed the place, had a real good stay for holidays. This was a spectacular and quiet location near to the gardens fronting the lake, and the restaurants, the pool, the concierge, the ladies from housekeeping.

Overall very good service.
Luxurious hotel in the traditional style. Tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean rooms with hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. The pool area is amazing too.

The staff here are very attentive and helpful. the hotel is located in a stunning and beautiful area, right next to restaurants, the pool, and the center of Ascona. the rooms are spacious and elegant, equipped with showers and WiFi.

thank you for a very good stay. overall it is a luxury hotel and we loved the stay, the location was perfect in the main eden roc restaurant where we could choose anything on the daily menu or àlacarte. excellent service, they provide a free parking and free wi-fi. it has fantastic views and amazing pools. outdoor restaurant has amazing food choices.

It was based in beautiful building in a prime and spectacular location, outside on the lakeside. What's more, it was just next door to the gardens. The room we had included central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel TV.

There's a fantastic selection of breakfast options to choose from! the location is really nice for the price, right by the gardens by the lake. You'll find great restaurants, a lovely pool, and attentive concierge service. Plus, the housekeeping staff is friendly, and the view of the snowcapped mountains adds a beautiful touch. 🌄.

The breakfast here is really tasty with a great selection of food. the staff at the reception and throughout the place are very helpful. Plus, the location is fantastic, right in the heart of the area, and it's just a 10-minute walk to the Chalk Gallery. ❤️.

The hotel is beautiful and clean, nestled in an amazing building with lovely views of the lake. the location is great and beautiful. the food is nice!. There are lots of restaurants nearby, like Taco Mayo just a 10-minute walk away. the restaurant is great, with extremely friendly staff.
